Knoma offers financial products. So we've provided a quick guide on how to approach marketing with Knoma, bearing in mind the extra responsibility that comes along with financial products for consumers.

Do...

  • Say there is no interest, if you like

  • Say there are no upfront fees, if you like

  • Say "Learn/Study now, pay later", if you like

  • Say "Spread the cost over up to 10 months", if you like

  • Explain Knoma on your website. This prevents drop-off from people who would otherwise struggle to afford your courses

  • Use Knoma as a marketing tool on social media, press, email and events. We can help – just ask

  • Explain our eligibility criteria, wherever you can

  • Signpost our eligibility checker

  • Ask a member of our team if you are unsure

Don't...

  • Say there are no fees (we do charge a late payment fee in the event a learner misses a payment, though this is the only possible fee)

  • Give advice about Knoma, because it's a financial product

  • Make a financial recommendation, for the same reason
